Full conference registration is $199 per person and includes meals, lectures, workshops and transportation to event sites. The conference features a Keynote Speaker, an exciting culinary competition, workshops and lectures. It's a great team-building experience and opportunity to network with chefs, assistant chefs and dining staff from across the state! The University at Buffalo is hosting a team competition sanctioned by the ACF. The competition is classified as a Category W, Customized Wildcard Market Basket Competition for 7 teams of 4. Judges will offer individual critiques to contestants at the close of the competition, and ACF medals will be awarded.
